This business unit focuses on the statutory annual and fiscal audits, internal audits, special types of audits, review engagements and as well as financial information compilation. Our Audit group is guided by audit methodologies based on Philippines Auditing Standards. We give reasonable assurance that the financial statements of our clients were faily presented and prepared in accordance with the applicable reporting standards.

Founded in the midst of pandemic era in 2022, the firm hurdles to establish strong and humble beginning in the heart of historic town of Mariveles, Bataan, Philippines. The firm serves as the head branch and focuses on areas of client taxation compliance and consulting services.
Assurance
The firm was founded in 2023 to support the Group's fast growing client network. Its formation marks a milestone expansion of the group to a key strategic area, the Freeport Area of Bataan (FAB). The firm practice focuses on statutory external financial statements audit, finance and operations internal audit, review engagements and compilation services.

Danilo S. Amiado Jr., Asean CPA
Has more than 10 years of solid professional experience in assurance, due diligence, accounting, regulatory compliance, and advisory practice. Provider of external audit, accounting and consultancy services for various multinational firms having geographic operations in the Philippines and abroad.
Consistently supporting clients’ statutory compliance imposed by government regulatory agencies such as Bureau of Internal Revenue, Securities and Exchange Commission, Philippine Economic Zone Authority, special economic zones like Subic Bay Freeport Zone, Clark Development Authority, Tourism Ecozones and various Local Government Units.
Contributed professional knowledge in handling and implementation of applicable Finance and Accounting Systems to various network of business organizations.
Has contributed valuable insights and assistance to various management teams to be implemented on their respective organizations.
A licensed accountant having accreditations with the Board of Accountancy, Bureau of Internal Revenue and Cooperative Development Authority. Successfully completed the Certified Management Consultant courses and examination passer by Institute of Certified Management Consultants (ICMC). Successfully completed the Certified Risk Analyst courses and examination passer by American Academy of Financial Management (AAFM).
